One standout offering is the Platinum Poutine, regarded as the best in town, boasting authentic cheese curds and rich gravy that leaves folks delighted. The massive portion sizes paired with competitive pricing make meals an attractive value, often leaving diners pleasantly stuffed. Many have raved about the Buddy Holly Burger, with its savory flavor profile. The diner’s commitment to quality and friendly service has cemented it as a favorite among patrons. An inviting vibe that beckons diners back for round two adds to the allure. Quick service ensures meals don't take too long, making it perfect for those on the go!
Most Disliked
Some diners have noted that due to its popularity, peak hours might lead to a crowded atmosphere. While the fast service is usually a plus, busy times can result in a bit of a wait. Additionally, a few have mentioned that those looking for extensive healthy options may need to check closely, as it heavily features classic diner fare. The templatized classic diner experience may not suit everyone’s modern aesthetic; some may wish for an updated, refined twist on the nostalgic theme. Parking, while generally available, can get congested depending on the day, especially with the diner’s growing popularity.

The Platinum Poutine and Classic BLT sandwich were very tasty. Massive portions and great prices. The service and accommodations here are unmatched! Between serving everything on a tray with all cutlery/napkins, to plenty of tables and shade, and a large parking lot. We will definitely return to try many other menu options which sound delicious. Update: Their Platinum Burger is sooo Delicious 😋 . Upgrade to Meal with a Poutine is only $26. 2 of us could barely finish it. Will be back again!

Great value for the money. Pretty well the same price as big mac combo with twice the amount of food, and obviously healthier. Friendly staff as well! Here's a Pic of the fries for reference :0

We were on a mission to find a place in Niagara Falls that could serve real poutine with authentic cheese curds. Our search led us to The Jukebox Diner, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. Not only is the place itself a nostalgic little museum inside a classic trailer, but the poutine is absolutely outstanding — better than many we’ve tasted back in Quebec. If you’ve never tried poutine before, this is the place to start. But be warned: after tasting it here, every other poutine might feel hard to beat! We can’t wait to come back and discover the rest of the menu — I’m sure it will be just as tasty.

The food was great, it was our last day and we wanted to grab some poutine near Niagara Falls and after some research we saw that this place had been recommended by various other people. We checked it out and the owners were very sweet and friendly people which made the place feel great. We loved the 50’s theme going on, it felt like an American diner but outside if that makes sense. The poutine was amazing, some of the best I’ve had in Canada ever. We had gotten a root beer float also and it was great. The service was quick so if you need a fresh quick bite I’d say come on over. Will be back for sure, thank you!
